Fatal Error Question?

Not all users, but one has reported an Fatal Error. I signed on as the user and tried uploading a 127.2 KB size photo, well within maximums.

This is the error when trying to upload an image, signed on as the user:

Has this to do with a Photopost or PHP setting? or something else.

BTW, we just moved to a new (and better) server.

Thanks for the link Chuck. The answer was setting image size limitations.

enjoy whats left of halloween and thank god election day is soon over with so I do not have to see all the negative ads anymore.
