I noticed that the Highest rated pal shows wrong sorting on my site.

Please explain, is it sorted by rating and vote count? but not by highest rating?

feel free to change the sort line in pp-inc.php to suit your needs. I see that it is sorted by rating and the number of comments.

You can change it to only rating if you wish.
