Problem after move to other server

I'am moved to a other server and I have now problems with the database.
In the administration I don't see all options.
When I click on the link All Options I get this error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in [path]/fotopost/adm-misc.php on line 1020

Any help what to do?

Was your admingroups table restored on this new host?

There appears to be an issue with the admingroups table based on your error.

Thanks for the quick replay
I don't know what you exactly mean.
But I have changed all settings in the config files.
The gallery is working and all photo's can be view.
The problem is only in the administration.
Can you please explain what you mean and what I must do?

what I am saying is your admingroups table seems to be missing on this new install please check your database and see that you restored that table.

Yes this did it, after repair command on admingroups table it works now
