mixing member galleries and names

not sure if this is a bug and need some help.

Just had a member email me and tell me that when she logged in today and loaded a layout it loaded it up in the name of another member.

Weird right?

So sure enough I went into admin and there were showing 2 "ellen s" members. I was able to figure out which was hers by her email and re assigned her user name to her which is "alligatorally".

So than I thought all was fixed.
Because in my admin panel I am only seeing 1 "ellen s" & 1 "alligatorally"

but when I go to the members list there are 2 "alligatorally" and when you click on the 2nd one it is showing that it does belong to "ellen s"

why did this happen .... I have not touched any settings or made any changes?
How do I fix this.

look for
"alligatorally"
if you click on that name the profile you see is "ellen s" and those are all of "ellen s" images
(look on the left side over the picture you will see the name "ellen s" and that is "elen s" avatar picture.

so the name "alligatorally" should be "ellen s"

yes I see alligatorally and I click here gallery. I get the link above and all the photo info under there shows here name so what is the exact link you have an issue

The only way your going to have name issues imo is if you switch integrations.

well I have not switched integrations !
I haven't even touched the back end as I am scared to, seems like every time I come to the gallery something else is wrong.

what do I do now to fix it?

well if you havent switched integrations maybe someone changed there names. You can try running the scan database script to update a users name but user 49 from what I see you have photos with name alligator alley with userid 49 when she is 145
