PP 7.02 - Can't edit categories, blank page upon save

I can't edit or add new categories in 7.02 -- fresh install -- when I try to edit the existing default categories and go to save them it refreshes to a blank page, same for trying to create a new category.

Can you tell me what you mean by this?

I have tested the category functionality and all appears fine as well no one else has reported this and I have done alot of installs.

You may need to pass along a url and admin login through the contat us link in the header.
