[BUG] Cannot refresh usergroups

Running 7.0.2

Integrated with VB4.0.2PL4

When I try to refresh the Usergroups in Photopost, it doesn't refresh my actual usergroups in VB4.

Well, actually, it's missing one group, group 11. And it doesn't want to add it into PP.

You sure about that?

We cache group names and info so if its just a matter of your group names not being updated they never would be. You would have to manually change those. Our group list is down numerically so it should be easy to know which one is group 11. If you add a new group most definately it will be imported.

Yes, I'm sure about that. It's missing my group 11, but it imported newer groups.

When I click on refresh, it doesn't add my group 11, which is an old group.

I did manually change a group in the database, but that didn't work. When I refresh the usergroups, it removed the group that I added.

yeah I hear ya we have customers in all varied degrees of knowledge. I have been around a tad longer than you although I would suspect I might be a bit older. You know just like I how much technology has changed. I just had another birthday a few weeks back. Hard to believe my daughter will be 21 soon. How the time flies.

well you can email us through the contact link in the header a site url admin login ftp information and mysql admin url and login if possible to see the database tables and we will respond.

I have ran a vb integrated site for awhile and have never seen this. Only thing I would think off the top of my head is you could have integrated with another vb database instead of the vb your integrated with. That would be the only explanation I can think that usergroups would not be imported. Like maybe you did a test install and then a real one.

Have you tried to run any of the scan checks in the admincp

Check here to update your user table last photo field.

I had a similar issue with users changing there name..
and these scans helped .

I know it's not the same problem but can't hurt
