Here is a before upgrade and after upgrade of the comment made on a post

eveything out of wack
sorry but the only way to explain it..

Chuck S May 23rd, 2010 11:48 AM

well I think line 426 of showphoto template adding the code in bold to that template will assist. Simply colspan issue

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

does the comment belong or should i say was it moved to the bottom of the comment..
this way everything is squashed to the left ..

was next to the avatar before
and the stats moved to the right ? from under the avatar ?

Chuck S May 23rd, 2010 12:37 PM

The comment belongs as you see it in my example if your using vb4. In vb3 enhanced we where still using I beleive an old vb2 post layout.

The layout should look like this as I am using 7.02

ME! - ReefTalk Gallery

Hippy May 23rd, 2010 01:14 PM

I am using vb4 that explains the change. It looks simular
But as seen in my screen shot and on your site as well.. the time stamp at the top and the comment, and also the sig looks as far left as it could possible be? no
Just don't look right

I figured out the spacing problem..
it was the thumb nails pushing it over ..
since I have a fixed style I will have to re-adjust the thumbnails and over all size of the forum
thanks for your letting me test your template but the only difference it made was the size of the bar and the font color..
Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
and
Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
where the only differences these seem to keep it the same as the reset of PP
image attached ..

Hippy May 23rd, 2010 03:18 PM

sorry to quick to post it did help with the sig and comment being pushed over a little so it was not right up on the left side..

so what one fixed it ?

this fixed the comment spacing problem.
Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Chuck S May 23rd, 2010 04:52 PM

As stated I had already linked a showphoto template for you to try which had this issues resolved.
