I had a few friends try to sign up for my image upload site at freediskspace.com and when they get their confirmation email, they click on the link and they get this message 'Sorry, but we are unable to verify this account.' any ideas why??

i think i might have figure it out.. what is the setting 'use COPPA for registration' for?? because this one user is registered as a COPPA usergroup and they don't have upload privledges currently set..

If they select they are UNDER 13 YES they get put into COPPA and should. If they submit a normal registration they should be fine

I did just that registered an account on your site and verified my registration this is what I get

Perfect... that makes sense now... thanks... i also added some coding to the home page to allow for 2 image uploads.. i'll bet that will prompt a lot more uploads..
