well the vb4 menu is completely different from the vb3 menu..
definetly the error is coming from the fact that something is missing probably some child sybling...
were there any template changes in 3.8.5? (i'm thinking of headinclude or similar)
@topmedic
try to activate the vbulletin 3 default style, and check if the error persists...

My suggestion would be try using the default style in vb4 and see if you get an error as if you dont it would point to something in your custom new style.

Tried the default style, still getting the error. Just throwing this out there - could it be the DHTML Popup Menus on vbulletin? I tried disabling that but the Photo Options lost its function completely.

You will see there is no java error so really in issues like this its best to know what is the differences. what else do you have installed? I mean because I am running pretty much a stock vb photopost site.

It may be something about my customized header too. I do plan to upgrade to 4.x soon. Hopefully, the problem goes away.

Yes your customized header as well could be the issue.

Thats pretty easy to try out simply copy and paste your present code somewhere safe and revert the header to the default one.
