what is this link thing? Is it something special some hack or mod in vb? |
Quote:
No, it my signature in the main VB forum, but in photopost comments it show like [ link ] the link works like above, this links to a page in my site |
what I am saying is what is the actual signature what code are you using? we convert_markups in a signature but this is the html for your signature Code: Content visible to verified customers only.Code: Content visible to verified customers only. |
I cant see what you've put as my account is still not verified I just put the text in and used the link button same as in this reply box to add my signature. |
Try using straight bbcode |
ok but what about new and old members? Im still not verified |
I dont know what this link thing your talking about is? We support a normal signature and the new sigpic thing. Verification is something you do yourself here You actually need to be a customer with current members access to be verified and your forum email must match the license email http://www.photopost.com/forum/befor...uncements.html |
no using bbcode like Code: Content visible to verified customers only. |
Im using VB 3.8, is the new photopost 7.01 only for V4 |
It must be a bug in the system, I think I'll just disable it as I don't think I'll get a fix anytime soon :( |
I am merely saying I dont know what link feature your talking about if I use bbcode in a signature its parsed fine. |
Im using normal bbcode for my signature links Code: Content visible to verified customers only.[ link ] The link points to the correct place but is missing the link text. Did you visit my site to see the problem |
DSCN0725 - ReefTalk Gallery well I just did a test on my very own site works fine. I dont see any issue on your site because you removed the sig so I did a test elsewhere |
Its still not working, it must be a conflict with other mod It might be my AME - The Automatic Media Embeder I did disable it and re-added the sig using bbcode but that didnt work |
well my suggestion is to disable mods and try. I mean I did the url bbcode I posted and you posted on my site which is running an unmodified vb4 and photopost 7.01 |
