Because we have been having an issue with Bulk Move since the upgrade, I decided to try to get this fully documented before I posted.
When we bulk move, it's usually to move from a sub-category to the Members Gallery. We bulk move through admin.
I have a sub-category that I needed to delete, but first needed to move all the images back to the Members Gallery. I backed up the entire folder "717" to my hard drive so that I could go back to it if there was an error stating that the image didn't exist. I backed up the main images, the medium, mini and thumb folders. This bulk move was going to download 374 images from the sub-category to the members gallery. I have verified that I backed up 374 files to the main and thumb category (we don't use the others).

Let me state also that all my directories and sub-directories have correct permissions and have been verified before I did this bulk move.

I started the process and received the first error.
Quote:
/home/webattit/public_html/gallery/data/717/thumbs/HanginAround1.jpg -> /home/webattit/public_html/gallery/data/500/thumbs/HanginAround1.jpg
Copy of the file failed. Operation cancelled.

I then go to my
backup of my server to see if that file is in the main and thumb directories. They are.

I go to check to see if it's still on the
server side (please remember that when I started this, if it's in my backup it WAS on the server).
The images have been deleted. They are no longer on the server.
I then find the image that is in question in the gallery.

It has to be manually deleted.
I then run the bulk move again.
It throws up the error again. I go through the whole process above and we have the same issue. Before the bulk move the image was on the server, after the bulk move it was not and the entry in the gallery is now corrupt and needs to be manually deleted in order to make the bulk move work.
I will provide you with FTP access and admin access to our gallery and you can test the issue out yourselves using our server and the categories that are still left open that needs moved.
