More link behaving strangely

I recently changed the number of rows in the "more photos" at the top of the page from 3 to 1. (using "columns")

Now the photos at the top of the page are all messed up. This category has 111 photos. If you click to the right, you can get about 5 or 6 pages before you run out of "more". You don't have to crack out a calculator to see you haven't gotten through all 111, especially when some seem to duplicate as you click more.

Also, when you click to the left, you can click once, you've reached the end (this makes sense, there are no newer photos) but at that point both "more" links are gone.

I've been able to duplicate this in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Any luck on this one? This problem shows up even without any hacks to change the number of thumbnails.

well I asked Michael about this awhile back but never heard a response so will try and catch up with him. He was the one who coded this new stuff there. I think he has been overwhelmed with vbGallery.

There is one thing you can do though because the results retrieve vary by site there is no consistency here. You can set the line in pp-inc.php to 2 not 0 and it will print out the query structure. Let me know what your queries are for the next prev thumbs or provide a page link
