Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Dear Photopost support,

i'v encountered the following problem while attempting to upload my first image.

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/convert" +profile "*" -size 119x180 -quality 70 -geometry 119x180 -unsharp 10 '/nfs/c04/h04/mnt/84206/domains/photo.asiaphoto.org/html/data/2/thumbs/ArnalMargot.jpg'

i'v set the thumbnail size to be 180 pixels in my admin settings.

is there something i did wrong? pls advise?

We use Mogrify

/usr/bin/mogrify

Try that in your config settings.

Hi Chuck,

i'm using ImageMagick

the command line my service provider gave me is
/usr/bin/convert

so u mean i should change to /usr/bin/mogrify

yes mogrify is imagemagick. we use command lines for mogrify not specfically convert.
