Gallery not showing all pics uploaded

I was doing a test on my standard user account and uploaded a second picture.
If you check this link, you will see it says I have 2 photos and you see below the last picture uploaded which is the balloon reflection photo.

So then I click on the #2 showing I have 2 photos next to Number of Photos: 2

which takes me to here

notice that the balloon picture does not show as being in my gallery?

I see you have altered the core files of our product. I cant say this isnt a result of hacking of the code because thats the first thing I see when I try looking into your issue links going where they are not suppose to etc.

If I view there members profile I see 2 photos but it could also be a result of how you set categories up and permissions also.
