Question 701 update, missing file?

Top file to change for this update is adm-misc.php it's not in my zip.

adm-misc.php is most definately in the downloaded code that I see.

I just downloaded the code from the members area used winzip to unzip it and this is what I see. You might want to search your computer because its definately in the download.

Weirdest thing I've ever experienced, well almost..... I copied the contents of the folder I had for 7.0.1, put it in a new folder, and admin_index.php appeared. My faithful file manager program for 20 years (it's been upgraded a few times) did something weird......
