Unhappy Cant post comments

I have noticed that no one can post comments to images submitted any longer. The member has right to post comments but when they do so and click submit comment there is no area to enter the comments? I have posted this a couple months ago and didnt get any support from the photopost staff and hoping that now I renewed my support I can get this resolved. if you want to know what my website is please PM me

There is entirely no issues with posting comments on photos to our knowledge looking at the software. Remember if your using vbulletin try disabling the plugin system before reporting issues because you may have a hack conflict. Also make sure your software has not been modified in any way.

If your not the user whom posted the photo you should see either a quick reply box or a full comments box when you hit post comment. That is of course if permissions to post comments have been set.

At any rate we would need you to provide a url with details here to support and show your claim as well as a test login.

Please disable your plugins as noted above and recheck that definately looks like a hack conflict to me.

yep hack conflicts are usually the first thing to check in vbulletin integrations.
