Profile Avatar Issue

I am having a problem with users being able to upload avatars after upgrading to v7.

Whenever you try to upload an image (have tried .jpg and .png) it gives the following error message:

(): Sorry, this image type is not supported yet.

I also get the following error messages which might help with this:

Warning: getimagesize(/home/mysite/public_html/main/data/avatars/firework.png) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/main/image-inc.php on line 109

Warning: unlink(/home/mysite/public_html/main/data/avatars/firework.png) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/main/image-inc.php on line 121

The directory in data/avatars exists and is chmoded to 777. The uploaded files are added to the folder, but they don't display.

HMM I will need to get some time to install a standalone and test that one out. The code to my knowledge looking at things has not been changed in any way concerning this. I will let you know if I find anything. The error your posting points to a permissions issue.

I honestly hadn't tried it before without integration, but now I have customers asking for it, and it seems that they are saving in the right place... just not displaying. I also have no idea what settings I could change other than having avatars enabled, which is set to Yes

I know I am just saying in the midst of the support rush of the pro release I need to actually setup a standalone and test this. I am not aware of anything that has changed in this functionality in a standalone and it was working.
