This is NOT a v7 specific issue. Was happening in the last version as well and seams specific to my server. Was wondering though if you guys had an idea on what would be holding things back, throwing these errors...

Nevermind. ImageMagick mogrify was disabled.

Yes those errors point to your host disabling some php functions which inturn makes it impossible to use programs like mogrify jpegtran jhead etc. Your only resort is to use GD2 which is part of PHP.

Yep, simply switching it out to GD2 did the trick. Thanks as always Chuck.
