Not Uploading from Cell Phone

I received this email today from a member of my forums with photopost pro gallery 6.23

Sorry about the photos I'm using my cell phone and it won't upload my photos to this site. It says uploads disabled and won't let me browse my files . This is a glitch with the new droids. I tried going different routes but the only way I can post is if I copy and paste from photobucket. I'm sorry I'm not trying to break rules I want your logos on all my pics. This seems to be the only way I can put photos in my journal. Do you guys have an application like photobucket to upload my pics? Again sorry!!!

You mean he is viewing your site using a mobile phone and trying to upload. Well the real issue here is determining what his error is so he needs to explicitly state that to you so you can assist him.

You really need to see is he talking about our application and what the real message is. I dont see anywhere we would be giving a message in the text uploads disabled. Thus knowing what the exact message is and where he is getting it might help form a real answer here.
