authorised pictures

Hi Chuck, real easy one for you... can an image that has already been authorised be unauthorised.
An example is that one of the administrators authorises a picture from an uploading member... later it reveals that the picture is actually in copyright with someone else. Ideally we would like to put those pictures back to the unauthorised state awaiting for proof of ownership from the uploader.
At the moment we move images to a category named un authorise... but it would be better if a reversal was available.

No sorry there is no way to place a photo back into moderation

You can hide a photo using the photo option tools

IMO, you should tell the person who posted the picture to delete it. I know plenty of photography websites that have had users in the past post copyrighted work not their own and were told to delete it. If it wasn't deleted by the poster, then the admin would delete it.
I know websites who have banned users for continually posting copyrighted work.
That's what I plan to do with the photo site we just purchased. Having my own photos stolen and published without my knowledge makes me very sensitive on those matters.
