| Html Code in Description Box Not Recognized
Over time I've added a lot of links in the description box under the photos, but now since I've upgraded, the html isn't recognized. I've looked and looked I don't see any options than need changing in the admin.
It still works fine in my old setup on my other site's gallery.
Please help. I'd lose a lot of links if I can't get the html to work again.

Look in the Photo details box Superhero Art Gallery - Smallville
It says "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000G1R4SO/ref=nosim/amazoncode?SubscriptionId=09FVDRT8TEJ64C2A7Y02">
<font color="#0000ff"><br>
Buy The Fifth Season DVD set</font></a>"
The code worked right before. Now all it does is show the code instead of the link I posted. It still works when I post links like that in the comments boxes. Just not in the description boxes.

oh your typing html no that does not work we dont render html for security reasons.
Typing this in a description works Amazon.com: Smallville - The Complete Fifth Season: Tom Welling: Movies & TV
See you want to use html so I would suspect you have modified your other sites to allow html
It is really as simple as adding an extra line like this where desc is defined Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Ok, well it works on my older version at my other site, and it worked right before I upgraded.
So all I got to do is add this line?
$desc = un_htmlspecialchars($desc);
Can you tell me exactly where to add it to. Or if you could just give me the line I need to do a search for in my html-kit. Is that on the showphoto.php page?
I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

yeah thats what I think you would have had to do in your other version.
Yeah you just need an extra one of those lines in the showphoto.php file
Add it right under the other $desc lines

Another thing I need to tell you if it helps. When I put back the old showphoto.php the html works, but then the next images and previous images are gone if I do that.

Added it under
$desc = un_htmlspecialchars(convert_markups($desc));
and it still doesn't work.
