Hi Chuck,

Specially in the member galleries the Photo Option menue is not working, means is not collapsable -screen 1 -.

In many other categories it is working, but not for all members.

We need urgend help, so i would thank for any idea.

Thanks!

Please post a url and a test login. Not really sure what you mean by photo options doesnt work for members galleries. what category a photo is in does not matter. The photo options dropdown only appears on show photo page no other page.

Not sure what you mean. I am viewing photos and everything appears fine. This one is in your members gallery and this one below is from another category.

Sie haben keine Berechtigung Fotos in dieser Kategorie anzusehen

Thats the message displayed which basically says I think I dont have permission to view photos in that category

O.k., sorry for my bad English.

I donīt mean the viewing of the pictures, i mean the arrow beside the "photo option", which is sometimes missing, so the user canīt manage the picture.

There for i gave you the login. For viewing member galleries you must be logged in, Chuck.

The only difference I see is the ppuser variable. Problem is I am not able to replicate this on our default code site

Normal actions would be that I suggest you turn off all vb plugins and just run a default vb and photopost and see if this problem is still there. If it is next thing would be to turn off the enhanced integration and let photopost use its own header system and see if the issue is still present.

Since I am not able to replicate the issue in the default code here or even on my very own vb and photopost site I would tend to think your issues falls into a hack conflict category.

Thanks Chuck! We got it. It is this modification, that causes the error:

Photopost Pro Canonical Links Tag for SEO - vBulletin.org Forum

Great support!

No problem always glad to assist. Given the sheer multitude of vb hacks out there most people just dont understand how alot of things work. If you every have any other issues just try those simple steps and you will most likely find your issue. If you are unable to reproduce an issue with plugins disabled or the vb3 interface off then your issue is from a hack or mod. A true bug in the default code would be there for any integration or the like.
