Image cropping for uniform thumnails doesn't adjust if image is smaller than dimensio
 

If an image is less than the specified settings of Uniform thumbnail height, the thumbnail doesn't get cropped correctly, throwing the site out of alignment..

My settings for uniform thumbs are 120x120

Note: thumbnail in flimstrip

THis really should still crop the image to some sort of appropriate dimensions even though it is below the crop size for height.
