the debug=0 line is already in the config file - has been

the sql server did NOT go away - there are 40 + sql apps on 50 domains on that server - this is THE ONLY One that is reporting problems

Any ideas what would cause this ?

all has to do with your server mysql setup

MySQL :: MySQL 5.0 Reference Manual :: B.1.2.9 MySQL server has gone away

whats the timeout etc. Remember the query your referencing is a delayed query. You can choose to turn off the views cache and we will normally update the photos tables view should also solve your problem.

The long and short of it is mysql is shutting down or timing out that process do to its server configuration.

there are about 6 or 8 copies of Photopost on the server and this is the only one with the problem

What can i do to make the debug line work and just tirn off the emails ?

Im not going to make changes to the sql settings for one of the dozens of sql apps when this is the only one with problems

Like I said your option is to turn off the view cache thats all I can suggest since we are talking a server error here not script. mysql has gone away comes from the server shutting down the process. Most likely since the query itself is designed to take place in low priority times after all other tasks your mysql socket is timing out the process.

You can choose to display errors instead of email errors in debug option in global options.
