| 6.21 doesn't work
I uploaded the changed files, but I don't see an Upload button when I click Upload. There's text that reads Select Files for Upload, but there's no graphical button. The text that says Select Files to Upload is not underlined, so no one will know to click it.
This update is broken. Worthless. I have to wonder whether you folks do any testing at all. There's always some g-damn issue with this software.

but that doesn't fix the process button to show.

If you copy the images directory over the image should show
also download from url is not part of the flash upload page thats only shown on the normal upload process.

No url uploading? So that function is obsolete then since flash is mostly in use now. will turn it off.
I will reply in the other topic I started for now. Maybe we should change it to a bug board and replace the title?
BTW - Glad to be troubleshooting with you again, Chuck.. ;-)

Tried to upload 10 files at once and got this:
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 7
Command:
"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 160x146 -quality 90 -geometry 160x146 -unsharp 10 '/home/photocam/public_html/gallery/data/817/thumbs/typ2_resize.jpg'
The pics were jpg, pre-resized 800x600.
Grr.

I just tried uploading 50 images at once, and the application hung for a LONG time after hitting upload/submit. Shouldn't there be some type of status message that indicates to the user that something is happening?

I just updated the templates with the fixed SUBMIT button for the submit page.
I'm not sure what to say about the SWFUpload application; I was asked to integrate the latest BETA and I did, but I don't know very much about it - you may need to look on their forums to see what might be up.

These "fixed" files: are we supposed to re-download this thing and copy which files to the server?

I would assume you want to copy the js directory but as Michael posted the uploadphoto templates have been updated to reflect a submit button.

Well I uploaded the changed files and the following has happened:-
1) The Flash uploader says "Your file has been sucessfully processed" but no photo appears in the gallery.
2) If I turn off the Flash uploader then the old-style upload system refuses to work - either hangs (on 1 small file) or the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" appears
I have deleted all old files, templates and js scripts (except config of course), uploaded all new ones from the latest build and still have the same problems.
I have had to switch off the upload facility until this can be resolved. The site was working fine (without Flash 10 but with old style upload / Flash 9 etc) until the new files were uploaded this morning.

I would suggest download the build reupload all files except the config files
The flash uploader will upload files but you still need to hit the submit button to process them are you doing this?

As noted above I have downloaded the build this morning and have (after first problem) deleted all old files off the server and re-uploaded the new files (except config of course) in case Filezilla wasn't overwriting the old ones properly.
Yes I hit the "Submit" button and that's when I get the "successful" message (no "process" page with thumbnails though) but no photo appears. And as I say, the "old" method doesn't work at all.
I tried ftp'ing a file to my Uploads/1 directory and hit the bulk "submit" button. Although it didn't seem to do anything that pic did appear in the gallery eventually.
Would you like me to send you an admin login?
