valid HTML for photopost pro

Hi,

validating our website i stumbled upon some errors in pppro and testing the demo here, I got some errors too.
[Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.photopost.com/photopost/ - W3C Markup Validator

Anything you can do to get valid code?

Thanks.

I would not use this site as an example. Scott's header for one I know is all over the place as far as XHTML

You can tell me your site and I can help. I just went through recently and cleaned up the whole classifieds program as there are only a handful of errors usually. I do this for the programs every couple versions.

Thanks for the offer.

[Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.hobbyschneiderin.net/portal/galerie/index.php - W3C Markup Validator

Some hints, where I had to look for and where to change the templates would be a great help. Thanks for that.

It ist still 6.11, but I have some problems with the newest version in the testboard and 6.11 doesn't show any problems.

Thanks,

can you tell me, why there is a difference in the header?

Line 2 in photopost shows:
<html dir="ltr" lang="de">

and in vbulletin:
<html dir="ltr" lang="de" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

Not sure what your referring to if I look at my gallery it has the same content as the forum if I am using the forum header system only if we load our own header system might things be different. Besides this is what we load in photopost as a standalone so it matches

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

My photopst starts with:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
and my vb forum home starts with:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Validator doesn't like the <html dir="ltr" lang="de"> from photopost and I don't know where it comes from and why?

Our header-inc.php file has this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
so I dont show anywhere in our program that comes like this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
You sure your using the current code unaltered files?

Yes quite sure, I took a look at 6.11 and the original files in the zip and it showed the second line and not the one you mentioned.

I will take a deeper look into the problems I have with 6.2.
Think this is better, than fixing an old version.

Thanks for all and I am afraifd, that I will ask you some more dumb questions
in the next days.
