cant upload after upgrading.

Hi
Something went wrong with my upgrade.
After doing it I decided to tes it out and upload a pic. got the follwoing error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/virtualt/public_html/image-inc.php on line 116

Any ideas?

Hi chuck
That helped to a point where I can see the images in que, but after editing them and hit submit now Im getting the following:

OK, all solved regarding uploads.

A new problem comed up
I cant see big pictures.
All the photos I had I can see the thumbs on the idnex page, but when going to showphoto.php to see the big picture, Im getting a red x

How to Move Servers and/or Change Directories

Check your storage options in Admin and make sure the server path used to the data directory is correct in there.

the proble is with the watermark system. I disabled it and everythign goes fine now.
If I enable the on-fly watermark my pictures dont show up.
Weird but since for now I dont need the watermark thats ok... thank for the help

Make sure the server path to whatever watermark is correct and a PNG watermark since on the fly uses GD2 to show the watermark.
