Photopost and firewall problem?

I have had several members of my board indicate that they are having issues viewing photos in our Photopost gallery unless they turn off their firewall. Here is what one member said:

When I am at work and my computer defaults to the site, even with company firewall I can see all photos. At home I have to turn off the firewall to see photo album and others pics. Home is roadrunner and I have home XP version.

Any ideas what could cause this?

I would suggest he actually contact his support on the actual firewall he is using as they would most likely be able to assist him with this actual firewall issue being familiar with that product and such.
