Hello!
We have been experiencing problems with our site running super slow; so we contacted our web host and they located the problem to a script in our Gallery (PhotoPost) that is getting caught in a loop. Here is the information they provided us with:

here is the information:
John:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/analog +CIMAGEDIR /images/ +CDOMAINSFILE /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/analog/lang/usdom.tab +CCHARTDIR ./ +CALLCHART ON +CLANGFILE /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/analog/lang/us.lng +COUTFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/11.html +CLOCALCHARTDIR /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/ +CCACHEOUTFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/cache.out +CCACHEFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/cache +CVHOST ON +COSREP ON +CBROWSER ON +CFULLBROWSER ON +CREDIRREF ON +CREFSITE ON +CFAILREF ON +CLOGFORMAT COMBINED +CHO
John:
It is listed in the 3rdparty list
Mel:
and it's just, for whatever reason, getting caught in a loop
John:
Although not an Admin - what catches my eye is the cache.out piece. It sounds like it is not saving that file correctly - so it cannot create another cache - which in turns loops it.
John:
Here is the full details:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/analog +CIMAGEDIR /images/ +CDOMAINSFILE /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/analog/lang/usdom.tab +CCHARTDIR ./ +CALLCHART ON +CLANGFILE /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/analog/lang/us.lng +COUTFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/11.html +CLOCALCHARTDIR /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/ +CCACHEOUTFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/cache.out +CCACHEFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/cache +CVHOST ON +COSREP ON +CBROWSER ON +CFULLBROWSER ON +CREDIRREF ON +CREFSITE ON +CFAILREF ON +CLOGFORMAT COMBINED +CHOSTNAME scraporchard.com +CHOSTURL Scrap Orchard /usr/local/apache/domlogs/scraporchard.com
John:
the 11.html is not properly closing (+COUTFILE /home/scraporc/tmp/analog/11.html +CLOCALCHARTDIR)
John:
so it cannot create or open a new temp file (/home/scraporc/tmp/analog/cache +CVHOST ON +COSREP ON +CBROWSER ON +CFULLBROWSER ON +CREDIRREF ON) |
We would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible; any information you can provide us would be greatly appreciated. John thinks it may be a setting of so sort they need to correct or change on the server but they do not even know where to begin to look. It has crashed our site at least 3 times in the past 2 days.. so a solution is urgently needed. Thank you in advance!
