What has changed in your setup?

what version of photopost are you using and what is line 4450 in your version?

The version is 6.1, we upgrade to 6.2 next week, hope it solve the problem

Okay well I need to know what that line is to assist now.

I have ordered the new version, but the line is this:
while ( list( $item, $itemonline ) = mysql_fetch_row($eachonline) )

I would suggest you repair your mysql tables. That is line 4533 in 6.2 and I would suspect your iponline table is corrupt

REPAIR TABLE pp_iponline;
