Our Admin link has disappeared??

Yesterday when we accessed our photopost gallery our admin link is no longer showing and there is no way to access our admin. Ok...looking further all our upload links have disappeared also.

Can anyone tell me where to begin to look to fix this problem.

The last time we upgraded was in April of this year...do I need to run an upgrade to see if this fixes the problem?

I guess we really need more information like what site this is a test login and also has anything changed recently? A forum upgrade etc
