"Unable to Open" image upload erro

I am starting a thread over here because I posted in the wrong forum yesterday.

Here is the continuing message that the user receives when trying to upload images to the gallery:

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/****/domains/*****.com/public_html/Gallery/data/500/thumbs/*****_DSDtreasurehunt_preview2.jpg' for writing in /home/****/domains/****com/public_html/Gallery/image-inc.php on line 159

I have gone into the uploads folder on the server and removed any files from the numeric folders as directed. She has even deleted her account and created an entirely new account and still cannot post. She is currently the only user unable to post.

She is the leader of my creative team and we have a huge weekend ahead of us - I really need advice. I have asked for outside tech support, but no one seems to know this software and cannot help me.

well the error you post is a PERMISSIONS ERROR.

Do you have a url and test login for us to try uploading to that folder?

Thank you Chuck..I apologize for not getting back to you. I was working all day and with the huge digiscrap promotions this weekend, I somehow missed the notification you had responded.

Here is the test account:

The user(s) who cannot post is AFisher928 and Indigosd. AFisher948 actually created an entirely new account and still canot post. As you will see, the other designer, LyndaBook is posting just fine. I was able to log in as AFisher948 and post to her account on the 30th.

If you need Admin access, let me know and I will privately email it to you.

Your flash uploader is not working for me in admin upload options turn it off.

Here is another querk I discovered this morning. There is an option to add additional text fields that the user fills in when uploading an image. For instance in our case - it would be "designer name" "products used in layouts" "link to product in store", etc.

While I have gone into Admin, edit categories and added these fields in the main category - my ability to edit them in the "Member Gallery" category is prohibited. When trying to select "edit" - its as if the option is disabled because the hyperlink to the "edit" feature on that line is not live. Here is the line I am referring to in the Edit Category screen: Member Galleries (Order: [Delete] [Add Subcat] [Edit] [Empty] [Moderators]. Also the title of this category, "Member Galleries" is not a hyperlink like all the other ones either. It is not underlined and not active.

All other categories allow me to change them.

You can not delete members gallery etc or do alot like you can in other categories it is a placeholder category.

I would need you to send a true admin login and ftp information to our contact us link to comment further on your site.
