User unable to upload

I have a particular user who uploads a lot of great images to her gallery but she is now experiencing a problem that has stopped her in her tracks.

She starts an upload, it tells her the process is complete, but no pictures are added to her gallery.

Nobody else is experiencing this problem and her storage quota has not been exceeded.

Any suggestions?

Ian

Is she uploaded a photo over the PHP max uploadable filesize? That is usually 2mb. Basically what I see by your description that is the case there. The file is dropped so photopost continues like everything is processed.

I doubt this - she is well aware of our recommended limit of around 200K for images. But I will ask.

Haha! You were right - she accidentally tried to upload a batch of images including one that hadn't been down-sized - it was 3MB

Might be useful to generate a an error message explaining this...

We cant

We can only process something thats on the server your issue was the server drops the file therefore the file never exisited so no way we can do a message because we do not know the file ever existed.
