Remove the png image type from allowable image types under upload options in admin.

Sure if you installed imagemagick elsewhere. You can delete whatever core directories you unzipped to for pre install.

Are you sure they are not trying to upload a file say over 2mb that your servers PHP is not set to allow? If its over the PHP max allowed filesize the servers drops the file before it gets to photopost therefore photopost has nothing to process and the upload thinks its done.

you mean you upload it and it shows?

If a photo is uploaded and does not appear when it is processed means the server drops it.

Your specific error message if any would give a further indication. If there is no error and it just says processed and goes to the user photos means the file was larger than the php max size.

well the issue here is what is their error? You sure they are telling you the correct error there. I mean like a blank white page would be an error indicating the server timing out and there is a specific responce I can give for that. The upload going threw the motions and the server dropping a file and the upload process going to their photo gallery means the file is dropped but then again thats not going to happen with a 256k file.

So I guess really here you need to get the exact issue they have from them. Sometimes users are confused and do not pass the correct info to you so you can get assistance.

You might want to actually sign in as them and see what happens when you try and upload.
