Vertical thumb error with using flash uploader

When uploading a photo with the flash function only horizontal thumnails will be creating.
So when uploading a vertical photo the thumbnail is horizontal

I just uploaded a vertical photo and it displays as such

Switch to the photopost upload but seem problem.
After update to this version (6.2) vertical thumbnails will be not creating.
Only horizontal thumbnails will be creating.

I placed a test right above. I am using 6.2 without any issues on vertical thumbs and have shown this.

I would suggest you email server and site details through the contact us link in the header if you should need assistance on what your issue might be but I do not think its related to 6.2

Thanks Chuck, I have a problem with ImageMagick I think.
I have enable GD2 and the problem is solved.
But when I enable ImageMagick there is something stranges.
After restart the server the script can make vertical and horzontal thumbnails but the image on it will be not reduce.
Do you recognize something like this what maybe can help?
A other question is the difference between ImageMagick and GD2.
It's work now with GD2.

I use Imagemagick so I would suspect that there is an issue with Imagemagick on your server. The flash uploader only uploads a file regardless of whether it is on or off Imagemagick processes files that are in the uploads directory so your issue is that your imagemagick appears broken.

It's a couple of day later and I have ask support from the hostcompagny.
They have done some test and there were no errors.
Als reinstall Imagemagick ( also update to the last version) but still the problem is there.

Because vbulletin also use the Imagemagick function I have done a test.
I have test this in the photoalbum function and with the image verify check.
Everything is working fine.
Thumbnails will be creating with the correct size (little photo on the thumbnail)

I have close in a attachments (thumbnail)from the image on the thumbnail which
is creating with using Imagemagick in the photogallery upload.

I have enable the function:
Use lightbox integration?
in the upload photo options and that was the problem.
I don't know what this function do in the upload function but after disable this function (turn off) everything is working fine

Thats weird indeed I use lightbox I do not see this and it has absolutely nothing to do with thumbnails or image processing either.
