6.2 Member galleries not showing all pics

i have Do you want Members Gallery to show all of a users photos Yes but it doesnt work see here it doesnt show them all

if u see and they show its becouse after the post i uploaded a pic and they shown and after i deleted the pic. seems weird but they didnt show in the beggining

That is the switch you would use to show a users photos etc

now yes but b4 uploading a pic which i delete after this page Member Galleries - Hair Loss Photos Galleries showed nothing although it should

Yes it should show a picture but how did you delete the photo that would help as the code below for example in editphoto redoes the last entry

i dont know what happened. it just didnt show nothing in showmembers.php althoug i had 50 photos. after i uploaded 1 more and showed all 51 photos. after i deleted that and still shows. the weird is that it wasnt showing them before although it showed them yesterday confusing indeed

Okay I hear ya but I would need to know what you did to try and replicate as in where you deleted the photo etc.

only uploaded a photo in members gallery without choosing any category and then it was showing. after i deleted the photo from the showphoto.php edit photo -> delete

another problem with assigned albums. i have assigned album in a cat. when i click the cat the albums shows but on index it shows 0 photos

probably if i run Check here to recalculate photos/posts numbers and check children. it will be fixed but thats a bug

What you counts do not update on the index?

Have you turned off your category cache?

I did a little test members pics has 2 pics I assigned an album that has 2 pics and thus the count now reads 4

I am thinking your category cache is on and your caching the page

no i mean when i assign albums into cats and i upload to the albums which assigned in the that cat shows 0 although when clicked it shows the albums. there is no cat cache on only views cache but i just tested now even with no views case and persts. see Alvi Armani - Hair Loss Photos Galleries and then look the index sais 0

Your count on the index page looks fine to me with 41 photos all in albums none in that category so how is the count wrong?

I need to try and understand how your looking at this because if I assign an album to a category the count for the category increases

Okay lets disect this one

That album is assigned to nothing. It is assigned to members galleries that I see as your assigning an album to an album not to any other category.

He shows 9 photos there

I click his gallery where the albums are displayed and test shows 1 photo

Hairlosspics Gallery - Hair Loss Photos Galleries

Everything shows the proper count to me. I am simply following your breadcrumb trail to see how you have it configured. If you do not assign albums to categories the count is included in the members gallery count which I show it is.

If you unassign the album and reassign it does the count update? You did say your category cache is off correct.

I did show a test above in my post which shows that this should work.

yes ok that worked but this is a bug. the site is new though but when people start uploading this will cause chaos i need a fix, and regular users dont go re assigning etc

I would need to look more into that or how albums update a count. we update an albums count which is correct.

I do not think we check albums parents so I need to ask the developer on how this works.
