Upload Error 503 using flash bulk uploader

When I try uploading using flash, it says "Upload Error" 503

But when I disable the flash uloader, the normal upload works.

Where can I get help about this? I know you said it's not supported, but can you at least point me to the right place. Thanks

Turn off the flash uploader and see if uploading works. There is nothing I can assist you with in their coding.

When I turn off the flash uploader, it works with the old upload system of one image at a time. But can you maybe see if you can help me, I know you don't support it, but I go no other place to go but you. I need your help on getting this flash upload to work. I need to have the administrators to be able to upload 100s of photos at a time, They refuse to upload photos one at a time. Please help me.
