"No thumbnail" and red "x" on medium pictures after upload

I'm currently running Photopost 5.3... Not sure what happened, but I just noticed that for some reason newly uploaded pictures don't have the thumbnail they are supposed to... it says "No Thumbnail" and if you click to look at the picture, the medium one shows a red "x". If you click on that to see the larger version, then you finally see the picture. I've attached screen shots of what I'm seeing.

I'm not sure what changed that has caused this to start happening - uploads have been working fine up until now.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

1982-1993 Mustang GT Registry PhotoPost Gallery - Main Index - Powered by PhotoPost

I was looking for an example but did not see one?

You would need to check permissions are 777 on the data folder at every level. That in admin global options and storage options your data path is correct. Do you get any errors creating the photo?

I went through and made sure all the permissions are 777 on the data folder and I've checked that the paths are correct.

I do get an error message when I try to upload a photo. After the "Preparing to process image list!" page, I usually get "cannot find server" error message or one time I received the following error messages...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/mustanggt.org/httpdocs/photopost/image-inc.php on line 84

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 51 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/mustanggt.org/httpdocs/photopost/class_hook.php on line 80

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/mustanggt.org/httpdocs/photopost/class_core.php on line 2631

Any ideas on what could be causing that?

Thanks!!

This should help you on memory errors

OK, that worked and I can now upload again.

Now I'm wondering what I can do to fix the two pictures sitting waiting for my approval that have no thumbnail or medium sized photo (from my first post)...

If there is no large main image to rebuild a medium or thumbnail with you must delete them as there is no picture

The large main images were there so I rebuilt the medium and thumbnail images and now they are OK.

Thank you for your help!
