404 Error after upload

I have tried to upload a LO approx 5 tims since yesterday morning. Every time it acts fine until he final page, and then gives this error:
"Gotta Pixel
We're sorry but the page you requested could not be found.

Error 404 "

I am tryng to upload to Connie Prince\'s gallery.
I choose that from the dropdown.
Browse to find my file.
Add my title.
Click Upload/Submit.
New page shows my thumbnail.
I add my description, and fill out the Credits, Program & Fonts fields.
Click on Upload/Submit.

It goes to the above URL with the aforementioned error.

I do appreciate your help!

Hello Chuck,

This is not the same issue. The page doesn't go blank, they receive a page that says 404 error. This is the only user who has mentioned that it was a problem as well.

The member has figured out the problem. Photopost objected to some character in her description. When she edited her description, removing some characters, it uploaded fine.
