| Comments notification not showing
Next to "My Photos" and "My Albums" there is a message notification for comments on your photos. After upgrading to the latest release - the notification is no longer working. Even though people are commenting on photos - it says No Messages.

I tested this and it works fine I add a comment to the photo and a message is sent. In comments.php is this code that sends the message Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

That is in my comments.php and it still isn't working. Just to clarify in case I'm not explaining myself well, I'm not looking for an email to be sent - I'm just talking about on the main gallery page where it says My Photos - My Albums - My Favorites - My Messages.
Even after people have commented - the Messages thing says No Messages. That is what I'm looking to fix.
Thanks for the help!

In Admin Global Options do you have messaging turned on as this is the only way I would see this would not work if you turn it off.

That is turned on. It worked before I did the upgrade. I only uploaded the required files as instructed - should I do a full upgrade?

Not sure what your issue might be as I just tested posting a comment to a picture and got a message in my messaging system. You sure you ran the upgrade scripts you needed to run and uploaded all the files except configs?

In the upgrade announcement, it said that we didn't have to run upgrade.php and to just upload the changed files - so that is what I had done.
I went back and redid it the regular upgrade way - and that seemed to work.
Thanks for the help.

Not a problem those upgrade announcements are only if you where running the respective version out before the one released. If you where a couple back then yes you need to run the upgrade.
