Error Message reported by one of our Members...

One of our Members who used to use the photo messaging a lot stopped using it a few weeks ago as he continually received error messages.

Unfortunately, I've been too busy to try and work out what's going on, and this is the first chance I've had.

We're using the latest version 6.11 version of PhotoPost and this is the error message he's recently received…

Possibly in Admin => edit categories check to ensure there is not erroneous information in the watermark field for the category in question.

Hi Chuck

I have just checked, and the watermark fields are blank on all categories, as we're using the forum default.

I also checked the path to the default one, and this would appear to be OK.

Any other suggestions?

Everyone else even you can upload fine right?

Have you tried upgrading to the new 6.2 with flash uploader incase server is having some weird issues with his image?

If you have Imagemagick on the site try using that instead of GD2

I'm having issues uploading as well and continually get the same sort of errors as this member as well.

I haven't upgraded to the new version as it's a beta right?

I wasn't keen on going to a beta version, but as you're suggesting trying it, I'll give it a go and report back.
