sql query bug

Chuck,

I received the following email from the system:

An error was encountered during execution of the query:

SELECT catname,extra1,extra2,extra3,extra4,extra5,extra6,numextra FROM pp_categories WHERE id=

The query returned with an errorcode of:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

To turn off these emails, set $debug=0 in your config-inc.php file.

Well I can tell you it is not happening from normal operation of the program.

Most likely a spider bot running random things because we would always pass a defcat variable to bulkupload.

You can silence the error by encapsulating the $defcat variable on that line like so
