Title under thumbnail cut off in 6.1

I just upgraded to 6.1 (from 6.01) and now the titles under the thumbnails are cut off and do not wrap.

How can I restore the wrap?

They definitely wrapped and displayed the complete title in 6.01. Here is my other Gallery that is still 6.01. Look at the thumbnail titled "Upper yosemite Falls mirrored in Merced River". Also note that none of the other titles are cut off.

6.01 - Yosemite's Scenic Wonders PhotoPost Gallery - Main Index

6.1 - Main Index - Winnipesaukee PhotoPost Gallery

The titles worked fine on the second site until the upgrade.

I see you have modified the 6.1 site a little in that template. At any rate the display_gallery feature has this line and you can change the 20 to something higher but doing do could break the layout if someone enters a title with no spaces it will not wrap which is why this was added. The file is pp-inc.php

Ah, thank you. That took care of it.

I have one more pesky problem since the upgrade but I'll start a new thread.

Okay, I figured out that I could do the same thing in showgallery.php, and I adjusted the settings successfully to show a more complete title.

However, I guess this breaks the uniform table structure when some titles only require one line and others need two....

Is there a way to set the title cell to be a uniform height?

2008 - 09/14 Springtown, PA - Panoramas - Civil War Talk Photo Gallery

I was also wondering it the date format on this table could be adjusted from "Mon September 15, 2008" to more simply "09/15/2008".

(PS: when I set the view to four columns it also breaks the uniform tables here, in the cell that contains the filesize, with some images containing two sizes, and others, which happen to be Quicktime Videos, with one size)

The date format you control in admin global options

mm/dd/yyyy

That would work for you

You can not have a uniform height really you could place a height statement in the html source in showgallery template however that is not xhtml valid anymore since height was deprecated with html

You could try creating a new style class with a height statement

Could you cheat and use a transparent image with a set height to force the cell to open to a certain height?

I added to showgallery.tmpl:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
It seems to fix the spacing issue altogether.
