German Language: UTF-8 vs. meta content-type charset

Hello,

after installation and change to german, i had a problem with the displayed charset. all browsers used the charset UTF-8. but the german pack (german.php) defined the charset iso-8859-1 on meta tag.

on http header (not html header) i found the setting:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

this entry was sendet permanent from server and all browsers used utf-8 as charset.

as attachment my changes.
