functions_showthread.php error

Hi,
I had your company install my gallery a couple weeks ago. I am running VB 3.7 and PP 6.1 Everything was running fine until this morning when I received the following error:

Warning: require_once(./includes/functions_showthread.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\AppServ\www\patriotfiles\gallery\header-inc.php on line 98

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/functions_showthread.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\AppServ\www\patriotfiles\gallery\header-inc.php on line 98

This only happens if you are logged in, if you are not logged in everything works fine. If I turn off the first integration setting everything works fine too. This is located at Main Index - Gallery

I have not changed anything on the site and was literally looking at the gallery this morning and a couple hours later the errors started to occur. I have looked through the forums here and found similar problems but no real solutions.

a test account has been made if you would like to take a look.

Thank you.

Your header-inc.php shouldn't be trying to include that file since you are not running vB3.5 or less.

What happened this morning that might have changed with your setup to prompt this from happening?

After looking at it further I realized one of the vbulletin mods I am running (EzIRC) is actually causing the problem. I have no idea how it could affect the software in this way. Is there a way I could modify that section of code to remove that function so that the mod can run with the gallery?

Any chance this function could be eliminated to resolve the problem?

We have no control over making things work with other peoples mods since we code our software to actually work with vbulletin. You would need to actually contact that softwares manufacturer for a fix.

Problem with posting pictures

Hi,
For some reason my account keeps saying I can not post new threads but for some reason it let me post to this old thread of mine. Please take a look at my account here to determine what the problem is.

On to the problem with Photo Post.

When posting a picture I am now getting a lot of html garbage and also what looks to be BB code. Here is a link showing the problem (in the description section):

Wild Weasel - Gallery

You may also notice that the text is all centered. What should I adjust to stop this from happening? Thank you for your help.

David

I also noticed that my account now says "junior member" rather than "verified customer". Is there a problem with my account here?

PhotoPost Community - Announcements in Forum : PhotoPost Announcements

That should assist you because more than likely your access to support and download access has expired.

Your site does not appear to load but I am unable to provide product support until your renew your members access to obtain support.

Your site views fine to me with your example so not sure what your referring to html garbage.

Your license which grants you the right to use photopost on your site indefinately comes with one year members access to download updates and product support. This is stated right when you purchase the license and at the top of the license. I dont see why it would be that big a surprise that you want to change software when asked to renew members access if you wish to obtain product support. It has been at least 2 years since you have purchased the license and the last time you posted on here was a year and a half ago.

Its your right to do as you wish but I am just pointing out some policies which you might have forgot about since its been some time and to which you agreed to when you purchased the product.
