PP6.1 + vB3.7 bugs...

I've only found 1 bug... but a couple of things...

Doubled-up line breaks in photo descriptions, a user makes a new line, its x2 in the photo description...

'select' css from vB isn't used, i.e the drop down menus, in showgallery, actually every where you see that submenu usually 'view' & 'perpage' dropdowns - also upload photo, the upload inputs, default title and keywords & 'files should already be in' box - also the upload buttons do not carry the vB styles...

You have a url to your gallery?

I would suspect thats just a simple template mistake as Michael might still have some hard coded color style elements.

In cathead template under admin edit templates remove this from the select boxes and you should be fine

As far buttons we dont load vb buttons in any manner so this might be your issue. We load style colors.

May i ask... i have a little plugin in vB at global_start which i use to count the photo totals in my two photopost installs and i show them in my inc_features.php - but after last night (after upgrade to 6.1) my totals have stopped or are stuck at the last amount, a user uploaded some pix etc and it's still not updating... if you wouldn't mind looking below, i may have missed something due to the upgrade... i'll keep checking my end though

I gess this would depend where you put that code and where your printing it. You know like if you uploaded a new inc_features.php you may need to repply any parts of the hack that might be missing now.

I still need expert advice, because of the strangeness of this... for example...

just uploaded my old inc_features.php which i saved... same thing, weird... ok check the plugin and execution order, no problems, changed from order 6 to 1, no difference... now look at this >

Thats what I'm showing, weirdly the user count is right, the photopost totals (which you can see demonstrated here) seems to store the old values before the upgrade... isn't that impossible? is there a cache system, if i had it wrong i would receive an sql error?...

So in conclusion, my plugin stopped counting my photopost picture (and comments) totals but still works for vB member totals...but shows the old values... no I'm confused... unless there's a 24 hour www cache delay or something going on i haven't got a clue.... perhaps my prefix? no...

Perhaps photopost now stops me accessing the database from a 3rd party app?... oh i dunno, i've spent an hour on this with no obvious answers...have a chew on it... no rush, but let me know if i could have missed something.... cheers

Well sorry I am way to busy to tear about your custom thing here as we just released 6.1 so I am in full support mode here.

My suggestion just at the quick glance here is where do you combine your photo totals? You have $totalphotos and $totalphotos2
