Add/Edit Subscriptions error

I am getting this error on the admin 'add/edit subscriptions'

The requested URL /\"http://skidpics.com/adm-misc.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The files are there, but what are those the characters before the URL??

Seems like you and I are having similar issues across the board because I am having this issue as well after my upgrade last night. I can't figure out what I could have done wrong.

My procedure:

Turn Off
Backup
Edit new config-inc
Upload new files and verify
Run upgrade I only get to the 6.0X to 6.1 then next and the errors start.

Actually, subscriptions didnt make it into the final release as planned. I've updated the adm-misc.php script to remove the references to this feature which should be in the next release.
