Comments from restricted forums being show in users profile

I have some galleries that are restricted to certain users, but if users that don't have access to the restricted galleries view a profile of one of the users that does have access, they can read any comments that the user with restricted access has posted in the restricted area.

Is there a way to fix this?

I dont see where your can view private comments in private categories in the members profile comments link.

I show this code right in there that prevents this

I should have added that if they click on "Statistics" that they can view the comment last posted from the restricted area and also view the upload they made to that area, if it was the last action they took.

Is there a way to turn the ability to view user profiles off all together or have it link to their profile in the forums?

well the last picture I show is protected from being shown if its private as far as the comment maybe do this in member.php

Now Last Comment says "Never"...even if I'm logged in as admin.

Well interesting there and I see why

REMOVE THE LIMIT 1 off the query.

Your suppose to loop and find one not private
