Upload Errors

I have a two users that have been having problems uploading in PP. They are getting the following error:

Problem running JPEGTRAN:

"/usr/bin/jpegtran" -copy none /home/qz6lwp/public_html/cropperscottage/pp/data/500/10-Impossible-Wishes-Web.jpg

Error Code: 1

I don't see anything on this error. I cleared out the uploads folder but this did not help. I tried logging in as them and tried to upload, and it failed with there image, but a generic jpg worked. Not sure what to think? Could size cause this error, or a issue with whatever program they are using to create the jpg from the scanned image?

You can try removing jpegtran path from admin global options and see if things work. Seems to me an issue with jpegtran.

Does it work for the photo they are uploading if you do as instructed?

It could very well be the photo they are uploading at this point I am simply trying to test and give suggestions. This is a permissions issue just need to find out why it fails.
