You did not fill in the comments or rating field

This problem started a couple of days ago

I am unable to post message in admin mode, I get this message when i try

"You did not fill in the comments or rating field"

Also the reply box is not showing in the site design color and the other options don't function such as spell check - yet if I switch to another test account all is fine!

This is not appear to be a permissions issue either! All seems correct.

Any ideas?

Check for maybe a hack conflict but the specific error there tells me your message is empty therefore there is no comment to ad and the program gives you the error.
